One-to-One Personal Consultations

 

During this personalised session, we begin by thoroughly understanding the client's concerns and objectives. We will review the client's medical history, assess their current condition and discuss their current lifestyle, diet and habits. Together, we will identify the clients goals and aspirations. A customised care plan will be collaboratively developed, and tailored specifically to the client needs and goals. This may include the creation of bespoke blends for the client to incorporate into their daily routine, accompanied by comprehensive advice. A follow up consultation will be arranged to evaluate progress and necessary adjustments to blends and care plan.

Initial consultations: 50 minutes (please allow 1 hour) | £75

The cost of individual treatment blends varies depending on the components used.

Follow up consultation: 30 minutes (please allow 40 minutes) | £40

This session is used to evaluate the client's progress. We take into account any changes in the client's situation or lifestyle, and how the client feels the treatment is progressing. Any adjustments needed to blends and the care plan are made to continue supporting the client where they need it.

Aromatherapy Massage

​

This combines using essential oils with a combination of traditional massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue and acupressure points. Essential oils are carefully selected based on their specific properties and scents chosen to cater to the clients individual needs. Benefits of Aromatherapy massage can  promote deep relaxation, reduce stress, help in pain management, release muscle tension and stiffness, enhance range of motion, improve sleep quality, promote lymph drainage and the removal of toxins, improve circulation, reduce anxiety, improve mood and overall wellbeing.

Aroma Reflexology

​

In reflex treatment, essential oils are applied to specific reflex points on the feet in conjunction with massage techniques. Pressure is applied to specific reflex points on the feet which correspond to different organs and systems within the body. Benefits include stress reduction and relaxation. It can also be used to target specific areas when massage may not be possible.
